30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every Elvaris order is covered for 30 days from the day it is delivered. If you're not completely happy, contact us for a full refund. No return hoops.

90-Day Sprayer Warranty (broken or defective units)

If your Elvaris sprayer stops misting, leaks, will not hold a charge, or the trigger or light fails within 90 days of delivery, we replace it free of charge. Email us your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. If we need the defective unit back, we send a prepaid return label; you never pay to return a broken sprayer. Within the first 30 days you may choose a full refund instead of a replacement.

Damaged, Lost or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or you receive the wrong item, contact us with a photo (where possible) and we ship a replacement or refund you right away.

How To Start

Email customersupport@shopelvaris.com with your order number and what went wrong. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval.
